Rappahannock River Basin Commission: "Purpose
To develop an information database and map themes for the entire Rappahannock River Basin area to be used for watershed planning and educational purposes. The Atlas and Database will be available for use by the Rappahannock River Basin Study Commission, government agencies, private organizations, and the public."
